Default Not in Delaware

Today I received a e-mail from the Delaware Div. of Fish and wildlife, about smokeless muzzleloaders for deer hunting. This is the answer I got in return.

Mr. Backus,
State statute prohibits the use of smokeless powder in
muzzleloaders. Only black powder substitutes, such as pyrodex would be
legal.

What can I do about this, If any thing?

You can ask "Why" at one of those meetings comin up. I don't agree with the reg but you know the old sayin - I just work here.

I doubt that reg will ever change. I would imagine their mentality is shootin smokeless muzzle is like shootin a center fire, not to mention the hazard of blowin your friggin head off if you load smokeless improperly.
