Default Turkey hunting in SE Pennsylvania

Beginner bow hunter looking for a place to hunt turkey in SE PA on WM or private land. Anyone lead me in the right direction?

Also, if I took the hunter education class in NJ, would I have to take another class in PA to purchase a hunting liscence in PA? Thanks.

It is my understanding that, yes, you would.

I can help you with a few suggestions on public land in Lehigh County if you are interested. However, I would point out that the PGC mentioned that turkey numbers are down a bit this year in our neck of the woods.

As far as I know, once you successfully complete a hunter education class in any state, its good in all the other states. I would check with the PA Game Commission though.

I just saw two really nice flocks off the southface of the Blue Mountain here in Lehigh County. Hopefully it will be a good year.
