Default PA bucks

I was just wanting to know how many people shoot better deer this year in PA? I myslef did, I got a nice 8 point. Just want to hear what ya got, Ive been told my a taxidermist friend of mine that he got in mostly 8 points this year. That would make me think that they are the yearling bucks from last year maybe, and we are still shooting the young bucks. I dont know what your opinion?

During the 2002-2003 season I shot 3 doe and one buck....a respectable 8 pointer. During the 2003-2004 season I shot one doe and did not have a legal buck within bow or rifle range. I have high hopes for next season though...

I saw alot of bigger bucks , i have only been hunting for 4 yeears , and 2 of which were b4 we had AR's . and the 2 since the AR's were put into play have been better seasons in the part of seeing bigger and more bucks.. this year i missed 2 absolute slobs , mostly because i wasnt settleed on my shots in archery and misjudged the distance. but we did whack and stack the doe, so next year should be even better , and im looking forward to it.

Had legal bucks in easy bow range several times including 2 on the last day of the late season. Just didn't see that big one. In the meantime the freezer is full of venison from the does I shot in early archery.

The good old days of deer hunting are here and things are getting even better!

I saw more and bigger bucks this year. I also shot my best buck to date this year.

I took my nicest buck to date this past season. My area gets hit pretty hard so few made it thru in the past. The past few years, I was waiting for something decent, now my level of "decent" can be raised.

I killed one adult doe and a P&Y 10 point. I only saw 2 other legal bucks in archery season, but saw 3 different legals in rifle season and lots of doe. All on public ground, heavily hunted at that.
