Default 2025 Spring Turkey Outlook

I realize the season is still over a month away here in PA and a lot can change between now and then but I'm seeing a lot more gobblers this spring than I have seen in quite a few years. There was one flock of 10 longbeards in the area as recently as 8 days ago as well as a couple of smaller groups of younger birds with 3-4" beards. Two days ago I had a flock of 7 jakes in my orchard. All told I've counted at least 21 different male birds on trail cameras and in person since the beginning of March. I've also heard birds gobbling before daylight on several mornings over the past few days.

Here's a couple of videos of the two largest groups:

Bronco22000 adopted me about ten years ago (has it really been that long Clem? I think my first year up there was 2013 maybe) and I've taken two bears with him in clinton County.
