Default Vermont Archery Buck
I was fortunate to take a nice buck this morning on our opening day. It was literally a 10 minute hunt. Shot was 10 yards and recovery about 150 yards. Quartering away, took liver and one lung.

He dressed 152.5lbs and has a 16.5" inside spread.

Very nice. Congratulations. I would have been out today too but I'm headed to NC on a hog/deer hunt tomorrow and if I would have gotten lucky I didn't want to leave a deer hanging until I got back . But I was chomping at the bit.

BTW - what broadhead were you using?
