PA Opening Day

Anyone else head out into the storm opening day here in NEPA? Any luck? The weather was pretty horrible.

didn't go in the morning but took the grandson out in the afternoon. I had a double stand set. We didn't see anything.

Did not go out. Went up to the Big Woods near Milford SGL 209 to set up a few treestands. I plan on hunting up there the first week of Nov and the first 2 day's of Bear Archery.. Congrats on your Doe. Good Luck to all PA Hunters this Archery season. BE SAFE Hope you shoot a BIG ONE!!!!

My 10 year old killed a big doe Saturday afternoon.

The weather was nasty down here in too. Saturday was an antlerless only day in Delaware (any weapon). Morning hunt: got soaked, cold, didn't see any deer. After a nap and a big plate of mozzarella sticks I reluctantly went out Saturday afternoon. I shot a large doe around 6:30, she's at the butcher being turned into cheese steaks and tacos.
