into a Vermont Moose tag with not that many points.

BChunter, you probably don't want to hear this ---but
wrong strategy---doesn't cost 1 cent more to actually
put in for the hunt than it does to apply for a point
and while it may be a long shot this year it will
still be a long shot in 2017---better to try many long
shots in a row, eventually you get lucky.
