Hey guys just joined. Not new to hunting as I started at age 12(now 21) used to live up in clearfield county until we moved. Now it's about an hr drive. Don't hunt much more because of work. By the time I get off work and drive to my camp or spot it's about 5-5:30. Which isn't worth the time and money to hunt about an hr. Just looking for some areas around here to hunt every once and awhile. Not an extreme hardcore hunter. I just enjoy being out in the woods. I only hunt bucks that are decent size(just cause it's legal doesn't mean I'll shoot it). Anyway if anyone is around here send me a p.m or reply here.

check and see if there are state game lands near you. should be a few close to Altoona.
