If you are not a Pa resident it may cost you quite a bit to hunt there. Crwford Cnty has some decent deer but the PA herd was cut down drasticly due to bad management for a couple of years. Laws are also tricky depending on which area you are in.

what is on the field? is it grain/corn/wheat or just grass? If its just high grass, there sure is a lot of it, and with a little bit of woods it might be difficult for deer to come to your property when there are corn fields all around. If you are seriously looking at this offer i would go down there in person and check it out first. Its hard to tell from an aerial view what this property has to offer.

PA deer herd has taken a hit since the early 2000's. This was the first season where I saw a decent number of deer again. Still only saw 1 legal buck in 7 days of hunting though. I hunt PA because of family and it's the atmosphere I want to hunt in. But not because of big deer, or deer numbers. If you look at this property and see potential, then go for it. It looks like it only has a little bit of woods and the rest is open fields. Check it out in person, thats your best bet.
