Red face Looking for "boneyards" / hunter trash spots in MD, PA, VA

Hey guys, I'm not a hunter so forgive me if this is odd or common-knowledge. I'm an artist and make work with experimental taxidermy.

I came across a spot in private land where all the hunters dump the innards they don't want once they've taken the hide/meat, leaving a huge boneyard.

I want to collect these scrap bones for art pieces that I'm working on.

Does anyone know of similar spots in MD, PA, or VA? Also, is there an etiquette or rules to taking these bones? Will they be only on private land or State Parks too?

Thanks so much!

I don't like to share my innards! Not even with the coyotes!
Have you ever puked so bad that it felt like your innards were gonna' come up? Well, that's why there's so many innards lying about! From all the "artists"!!
Everyone's an "artist" these days, painting the bathroom stalls with their innards!

its illegal to dump hides, bones, or innards in Pa. must be disposed in the garbage or recycled.

PA gets to hunt coyotes all year, but I get to hunt over carcass/bait. Are cable restraints legal in PA yet?
