Cabela' s coming to ripley, NY
The erie daily times
A company spokesman for cabela' s stated, that cabela' s is looking for a small town in western new york. Ripley is being considered for a future store
. That would be alright with me since i live about 8 miles from there.

I WONDER WHY THEY WOULD CONCIDER THAT AREA, YOU WOULD THINK THEY
WOULD WANT TO BE CLOSER TO A MAJOR CITY, BUFFALO JUST GOT A NEW
GANDER MOUTAIN STORE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO, I LIVE ABOUT 50 MILES FROM
IT, AND HAVE BEEN THERE 4 TIME' S, GREAT PLACE, BUT HAVE TO SAY IT' S NOT AS BIG AS THE CABELAS I WENT TO IN NEBRASKA, WOW,, HUGE

WOULD WANT TO BE CLOSER TO A MAJOR CITY,
Ripley would put them within 3 hrs drive from any of these cities Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo. Not to mention all the tour buses that come into Erie, Pa from Toronto Canada would end up at Cabelas' s too.
I think it would be a prime location.
