I always had hang ups about eating organs. The liver is one of the biggest filters in the body so logically I would thing it to have the highest contamination levels of any unwanted substances in the deer. Why would you take that chance? Guess that’s just me.

BHC is correct, you can not sell or even accept compansation weather it's gas , a favor or in trade for services or goods (ie: fish for venison). If you need it that bad pick up road kill and get a possession tag from your local PD or F&G office. Better yet go hunting.
If I were to save any deer organs it would be for crab or shark bait. Here kitty ,kitty , kitty. JK.
