Heads up DE bowhunters...according to the latest wildlife council minutes there is a push for opening the bow season 15 Aug next year. Now, of course this change still needs to go through review and have input from the hunters in DE as well as the drafters of the Deer managment Plan for DE...I did get the feeling it might end up being a "doe" only starter....one of the "reasons" presented for the change was the continuing problem of crop damage by over popluated deer herds.
