believe it or not, this is bad news, for better quality buck management in westen
n.y., we are very close to the quality of bucks to the mid western states, and for
the most part state like ohio, iowa, Ill, can atribute there most of the quality of
big bucks, do to a short, gun season, and shotgun only, if they should do anything
they should open archery much earlyier, and leave loader open later, but totaly
against rifles in the southern zone, for the meat hunter, its great, for quality buck
we can just kiss it goodbye, and everything gained up to this point, out the window,[:@]

more deer would be harvested in more open country, in the western part of the state, and this is all brought on by insurance company lobiest, influance on law makers, $$$$$$$$$$$ big money, hell i hunt the adirondaks and catskills,
wouldent think of using anything but a rifle, if rifles came in to the cental and western part of n.y. , it would go right back to the old days, of basket racked first
year bucks, and this is going to come down to bow hunters verses gun hunters
and just what antis love to see,[:@]
