PALONE did what the POWER in harrisburg wanted.its JOBS/POSITIONS and business interests controlling our hunting now.....
why does harrisburg have POWER to pick who makes decisions for us.
why is not every citizen allowed to vote at election in nov on who our BOC members will be.
we have no voice in this.
we have maybe 5 reps that back us locally and 50 who go other way.let citizens VOTE on who will represent us.

i know some will say,SPROUL YOUR IDEA WILL BE WORST.
well i say give it try we might be surprised.........

I'll bet that if I was snowed in with Roxy for a week , I could get her to agree to just about anything after reciting the same data and quotes to her over and over again. IT might even be worse than water boarding!:)
