It must be really tough hunting in Centre Co., they don't even have good squirrel hunting.
"SQUIRRELS: Very few have been seen. Prospects here are poor.
DEER: Seen some and have noticed numerous well used trails. No bucks have been sighted, but it would seem unrealistic to think that there aren’t any legal ones around. A well positioned hunter should have at least a fair chance of getting a shot.

Now that's just awful. Carl Roe must be frantically searching for a new squirrel hotspot where he can bag the bushiest tail of his lifetime. Wait...just realized that sounded really bad. Course bushy tails have been on a steady decline since the 1970's. Thank God.

They could have not updated a single word for the last five years and it would still be about the same as it is now, and that isn't just being critical of the deer program. Their generic statements and lack of real information go along way toward building public confidence that they know what they are doing. Yeah...alot like a long range weather forecast. Might rain next week. Might not.
