The whole point herte was to determine just how reliable these things are and they are now obviously at the whim of the poll starter. Proof BTW that the poll starter can affect the outcome selctively which makes your polls VERY suspect at least. Your explanation for the discrepancy on the time stamp shows that you have obviously explored the possibilities that are now exposed.
