Yep, big changes in the licensing this year. No more sending into Harrisburg for the doe tag. Goes to the county treasurers again.

What if the only ID you have is a pictured disabled Veterans card ???????? Quess My neighbor cant buy a huntin license now. First he cant buy anymore guns because of his address now this.
