I see nothing other than very vague questions asked to get a desired result. I see a survey that very well could be biased in nature depending on where the participants came from (lots from one particular "yes man" organization I bet) and non indicative of much of anything. When pgc takes a poll that anyone can answer, then and only then will it carry any weight. You dont ask a handful of people nonsense questions and expect to use it in any meaningful way.
Id say that the 35% that were "very satisfied" with the deer hunting is rediculously inflated, and not indicative of reality. Even though it was only less than HALF the satisfaction rating of Minnesotas hunters, at over 75%.
Pgc doesnt want to know what hunters think.. They already know. They just dont care.

R.S.B
I suspect the biggest threat comes from anti hunters getting voted in the Legislature combined with the influence anti-hunters have on the non-hunting members of the Legislature.
This is my concern also. These people used tactics against hunting in the same manner that you now read on this forum amongst ourselves. Constant demeaning, Neanderthal style gestures. This is how they approached the hunting fraternity. Over the years, they have wised up. The anti's use a more subdued method now. Instead of fighting with legislation, they have been convincing the legislatures how much "Money" they have investedfor the preservation of wildlife. This is how they are getting their foot in the door. What is sad, there was more to this topic than just letting hunters know about the anti's. BTB,Maverick and R.S.B got it. It's a shame that more readers still don't get it!

RSB and BTB have no clue, and apparently you dont either. They prefer to take the attention off of the ecoextremists, and point to those who are currently a nonissue. Wonder why that is?
Noone is closing their eyes to antis. But it seems afew would like us to close oureyes to other real and extreme threats that are right now doing far more damage with the ecoflakes having infiltrated pgc and some legislative positions.

The good news blkpowder is that the buffoons on this forum who are incapable of a civil discussion are in the vast minority among hunters.
