Default nuisence deer

I deliverd saw dust to a farm today. He gave me a invite to come
slaugter as many deer asi wanted. he said he has 150 permits in
his office and you can kill them when you want day or night its all
legal he just dont want the deer to go to waste but they have to
many getting into their corn and field ok now i understand where
the farmer is comming from with the price of planting all that stuff
plus he milks 600 head. I know of another place that gets those
permits they shoot them and pile em or shoot them in the guts so[:@]
they get out of there veggi fields/or xmas trees[:@]and die[:@]
All that seems to be a waste this in ny state it seems like their
game comm / dcr could net them and move them where they are
needed atleast start there before giving nusiace permits by the 100

Trap and transfer is very exensive. Not to mention that there's a high mortality rate.Who would pay for this?

We got 600 dmap coupons this year to be used on 2200 acres. All in all,150 deer were killed. That didn't even scratch the surface.

Bowtruck - My friend and I would be happy to help you out. Seriously. Send me a pm. Required weapons no problem - bow, muzzleloader, rifle...we got it covered.

I would be very surprised if he actually had 150 unless it is for 1000's of acres.
They are only legal to 11pm - not day and night.
Rifle, shotgun or mz only - no bow.
Permits must have the shooters listed (usually only 2 listed) - others must be with a listed shooter to participate.
All deer must be tagged and it is for antlerless only.
If the other place is piling them or not tagging, they are breaking the law - REPORT THEM!
Go to the DEC website - the regulations are there for both DMP(in season) and nuicense(sp) permits.

With that acreage, they might have that many permits.
Be sure to read up on the reg's so you don't get caught in something they are doingwrong.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the holders of the permits hardly ever need help - especially from people they don't know.
