I grew up in schuylkill county, but moved to Maryland for work about 3 years ago.
I was able to get back home for the first day of rifle season this year and took my first coyote and a seven point.

We a had a great year here in Pine Grove. Nov 6th I shot this 134 inch 9 point. The next night my buddy took this 10 from one of my stands. I was doe hunting in rifle season and had about 120 inch 8 point come in. That never would have happend if I had a buck tag left.

Here is my buddies 10.

I hunt Northern Schuylkill and Southern Northumberland. In all of archery and rifle season, I only saw two deer. Both buck. Here is the one that didn't get away on Nov. 1. Not as big as some of the buck pictured but a nice main frame 10.

This buck was taken on Halloween night on the Schuylkill/Dauphin border. I apologize to those who have already seen it. 11 scoreable points equalling113". Hislive weightwas 225lbs.
