RE: pa crossbow
Real archers shy from hunting during rain. It makes bloodtrailing difficult and results in loss of animals. A good reason for BTB's idea of archer ed.

RE: pa crossbow
The idea of bowhunter ed is torequire it for new bowhunters, not to drag experienced hunters into a class they don't need.
I've already said that I'm pretty neutral on crossbows but am worried that it is likely to be attractive to people who have not gotten into archery till now because it's NOT easy. If the crossbow winds up attracting people expecting an easy way to archery hunt, those people could probably benefit from mandatory bowhunter ed. Again,I support bowhunter ed for newbies only, not for existing archery hunters;) |
RE: pa crossbow
you are not color blind livbucks black specs in fall color change[&:]
secondly i am getting old enough i dont like to play in the rain but if it has been raining for 2 days and i see its going to have front move throu and quit raining at 2 you bet i will be out there and ready by 1230 if that also makes someone not a Real archer so be it sometimes i can only get out on a rainy day and i want to go i do guess i am not a Real archer or in your case maybe a TRophy hunter |
RE: pa crossbow
