Is it just me ???
Although I have been seeing a pretty good number of deer .
Justno shooters yet .
I,ve been seeing quite a few coydogs .
First 1 then 3 (shot one) then a day later 4 more .
I no we do have coydogs up here in Northern NY , but I,ve never seen this many in all my years hunting .
More then likely the reason I,ve seen very few fawns this year ?
Anyone else notice this in your area in NY ????
Just piced up a call to hopefully lure a few in for a taste of lead ...

Guess what I seen this morning from my favorite stand ?
Yup another coydog .
Yesterday I bought a mouse squeeker ? or simulator .
Worked great .
The coydog came out of the woods and headed away from me .
I sueeked it a couple times and he started my way a few more squeezes and he was at 115 yards .
Well thats as far as he got .
