Also depends where your land is located. If your land is 5 or 6 hours away from NYC, then you land and taxes will be less than mine.

I am only a mere 90 minutes from NYC, the hunting is good, its a summer spot for vacationers, and a casino is proposed for the area about 10 miles away. So I can ask for more than say someone with 100 acres in Ithica.
