I hope they get fined heavily and are never allowed to hunt again. (legally)

update:09/12/08 Two Upshur County Men Sentence for Illegal Deer Kill

Two Upshur County men have pleaded guilty to all charges of spotlighting and killing a trophy buck deer during the early morning hours of August 15, 2008. The charges were filed as the result of an investigation by Division of Natural Resources Conservation Officer Jeff Craig and Upshur County Sheriff’s Deputies Sgt. Marshall Powers and Deputy Dewain Linger.

i hope these guys learn a lesson, that buck could've fed the hungry or made a youths first deer. instead it rotted in a field what a shame.
