RE: Southern Maryland Hunters
I haven't hunted public land in Southern MD for a while, but there has been some HAMMERS taken out of there in the last few years. There has been some great pictures posted on this forum of very big, southern MD, whitetail bucks.
I'd say it is definitely worth checking out.

RE: Southern Maryland Hunters
Depends on where you go in Southern Maryland. Cedarville state park gets hit, Mrytle Grove, gets hit, Chapel point gets hit. back in 04 when I was turkey hunting had my decoys shot up by some dumbass in Cedarville, they shot over my head and after the shot they saw it was decoys and took off running back to their rig. I packed up what was left of my decoys and headed to the truck, found a nice turkey call on the trail so I guess I got back at the guy who shot my decoys. Best thing to do is get on this site:http://www.dnr.state.md.us/wildlife/allwmabyregion.asp
It shows you all the WMAs and State parks in the state.
