Actually - he has an apple in his mouth - but seems to want to keep an eye on that 7 point. The two probably knew each other well - the seven point ended up being a real fighter! He broke of some points and eventually lost the whole beam on the three point side - BUT - he's a big deer too - and put on a lot of weight in October/November -
We mostly made a pact not to shoot him - if he comes by -at this time I do not know his fate. Hopefully we'll see him again next year.
