expensive for non-residents to hunt NJ? I don'tthink so if you compare it to the amount of deer your allowed, or how much it cost NJ's Residents to hunt other states, without being given the chance to take as many deer as the residents of that state.
Yes, you are allowed alot more deer then other states.I'm not surehow much is expensive to you,but $271 for a bow and firearm license, plus another $168 for all of the permits and buck tags...for a total of $439...is not pocket change for me. Whereas, someone from N.J can hunt here in Delaware, purchase a non-resident license that covers bow, firearm and muzzleloader for $130, plus a quality buck tag and an antlered buck tag for another $50, and shoot as many deer as a resident. Do I think N.J is expensive for non-residents? Yes.

Extended permit bow starts Saturday the 27thnot Monday, in zones 7 thru 15, 36,41,49,50 and 51. $28 for the permit plus another $28 for a buck tag Todd.
