Default Deer tags How many can you get?

I have a question regarding tags. I always get my tags for hunting in Long island. Can you buy a tag for multiple sections of new york or are you limited to the tags for one specific region? My buddy has a camp up in the adirondacks and i want hunt there. can i get a tag for that area and still take my two bucks here in Long Island.

I am unfamiliar with the Long Island Regs. so I will tell you what I have.

I have one deer tag that will allow me to kill a buck in the northern or southern tier.

I have a ML tag that will that will allow me to kill a buck in the northern or southern tier during either the early or late ML seasons.

I have two doe permits that I MUST you in 7M and 7J.

Areyour Long Island tags different than mine??

I can take a buck in LI during Gun season and one during bow season. I have 2 doe DMP tags. I can kill a doe and as long as i bring into the check station where they can record and age the deer then they wil give me another DMP tag. You can kill quite a few does here.I am just wondering if I can get a buck tag for up in the adirondacks regionas well. I am ging to Sports Authority to try and get one.I guess i will find out when they say yes or no.

2 doe tags, 1 for 9A & 1 for 9H
1 bow/muz season doe tag
1 bow/muz either sex
1 Reg season deer

5 total deer for the Southern NY zone. I buy the Super Sportsman for $76.00. Is that different from you?

I believe you will be out of luck. Everyone gets only one NY State buck tag.

I have said for years that there should be a northern tier and a southern tier tag.

BARofsoap said that somebody told him that in LI when you kill a doe on DMP and you bring it to the check station they will give you another tag for either buck or doe. I thought it was only another DMP tag for a doe. Can anybody clear this up for us? It sounds as if he is under the impression you can killmore then twobucks a year which would be great.

Thanks
