If so, what experiences have you had with that area? Mckee-Beshers is near Gaithersburg, MD. right? I was looking to hunt Dove and other game such as waterfowl and squirrel. Also, if anyone needs someone to tag along let me know.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I have hunted it quite a bit but mostly for deer. I have seen a lot of waterfowl and small game there. Your best bet would be to print out some maps and go stomp around a little bit.

I turkey hunted there once last spring and might try my hand at small game there this fall. It seemed like a nice spot with a fair amount of potential. It might've been the day I chose, but it didn't seem like too many people were using it. My best advice, like Lefty's, is to print out some maps and explore it. Best of luck.

I would avoid it on the weekends, but it's not bad during the week.Buy some hip boots to get away from the masses.
During bow seasonone year I almost go ran over by a couple of horseswhile taking a breather at the end of a hedge row.I was standing close to the brush incamo and these idiotscame down the rowat full gallop and turned the corner tight.
Almostlet one fly butdidn't feel likedressing out a horse and dragging it back thetruck.
