He could always testify under oath that his neighbor's kid got lost, came into his house by mistake, found his way to the computer and posted that "3 false reports".
Magistrate would undoubtedly find him innocent 'cause the WCO couldn't prove that he hadn't posted it hisself?

Personally, I find itodd that people question the harvest figures every year about this time. Apparently there are still thousands of us who have never bothered tolearn how these figures are arrived at? Only been about 20 years since the PGC adopted their current system of estimating annual kills. Perhaps in another 20 years, almost everyone will have finallyfigured it out?

Well, Denny, the way I see it is that the new generation of hunters ( if there is going to be one thanks to video games, computers and instant gratification ) will look back and wonder how these numbers got established, and start the cycle all over again.
It's a good bit like being a little older and seeing some of the same articles appear in hunting and shooting mags that we read with interest when we were younger. Also, remember the old caveat.."The acorn doesn't usually fall far from the tree". Such is life.......

Boy!!! I just don't understand that at all!! Why would you report 3 extra deer killed than actual? Number one, I think that may be illegal...Number two, if I was a data taker and looked at those numbers, I guess I would report that there are more deer in that area than we thought, and the license allocations may need to be changed upward.
Why in the world.....?????

Uh huh, just joking, now that you've been called on the carpet for breaking the law[:'(]. It ought to be easy enough to verify. There's a few PGC folks here that could check out the cards.....
