How do they know this is guaranteed? What happens if thatWMU gets sold out on the first round? No out of state hunters can get doe tags then? People can lease land cheaper than that. I like the guide your own beer hunt? Your success on seeing a beer there is about the same as any public place you hunt. The prices listed include lodging. Did you even bother to look at the site? The lodging looks to be very nice. Now, I'm a PA resident with my own camp and access to plenty of property so it's not likely I'd ever use them but for a non resident coming in with no advance contacts or information, it sounds like a fair deal for lodging and a private land hunt as long as the hunting pressure is kept light and it looks like they're doing that.
