Searching for feral hogs in southern PA

Been hunting for the "hogs" in southern PA, finding lots of signs ,but no hogs yet. Do they frequent the same areas often? Trying to learn something about these elusive creatures.

i was totally unaware that there were hogs in PA.
i think this should be in the "hogs and exotics" forum... but let me know where there are hogs in PA, cause i would love to shoot one.

maybe try contacting the PGC headquarters for the region. im sure they will give you all the info they know. noone that knows anything about them wants them here.

Everyplace that has em wishes they didn't. Everything in the outdoor press lately has said that we neeed to nip this in the bud and kill all we see before they take hold. Unfortunately, it may be too late. they are very destructive to habitat and compete directly with deer. Both sides of the deer wars should be united on this issue. Get rid of the pigs.

338,where abouts near Tunkhannock?There were a bunch running around near my mother's house,just outside of Tunkhannock.Guys were seeing them and killing them pretty regularly up until this past year.I haven'theard much about for about the last two years.

we are going to Bedford county in search of these hogs.So far,only one of the guys that we hunt with has had the chance to kill one,haven't seen any since.But we found all kinds of tracks ,a few wallows ,but not another hog.we've also been told there's hogs in Cambria county.Anyone have any tips or advice,greatly appreciated. Thanks
