Md is Getting Crazy with the Leases , some people come in and have deep pockets like doctors and Lawers
it makes the average guy not make enought to join or lease anything.

He's an example I have 2 friends from PA Home buliders they leased a piece near the Pa line 500 acs
for $10,000 for just the 2 of them nobody else hunts there.

It took me 6 months last year to talk my friend from Cambridge to lease me a Small piece of property.
It's only 40 acss but it has Turkey , deer , Ducks it is surounded by 2 big fields, it is the funnel for the fields.

Here s the Crazy thing I let 4 other guys hunt the property , No one hunted it but me so far.
I know 2 are not hunting next year. So I wil post on here if someone is interested in the spring.
