The story at the site says that other hunters had pictures of the buck and let the guy have a few shots of the buck out of velvet. The impression I got was that any picturesof the buck after it shed its velvet were taken by others.

I remember that guy posting pics of that deer in the trail cam section of Huntingnet.com. He wanted to know what people would think it scored. It was in velvet and I saw alot of people saying 175+ gross.

I cant beleave my buck is all over the internet ! Hello, im the guy who got this buck . The buck is deffinatly a public land deer and the picture of the buck over the corn was given to me buy alocal in the area that had gotten pictures of the buck also . The last picture i got of the buck was sept. 1 , he was still in velvet ! The buck will gross around 180 " n/t and net 172-175 n/t . You can get the whole story in a future issue of NAW magazine , Bobby worthington has contacted me and wants to do a feature artical on the buck, I had talked to him about the buck before i ever killed him! Thanks for the comment guys , I was trully blessed with this buck !

MTN GOAT, hope you didn't mind me posting it here. just wanted to spread the good news of a monster killed in the state of WV. i cant wait til my week of deer camp in northern WV next week! congrats again on the buck...he is a trophy for sure!
