Montana Success Pictures
I just came back from an archery trip in Eastern Montana for Whitetail orMule Deer and Pronghorn. Scored on a nice 130 WT and a 12 inch Pronghorn. Brother also shot a great Mule Deer. Saw hundreds of deer every day.

RE: Montana Success Pictures
We were with an outfitter.
It was a 5 day hunt.
We hunted the "Breaks" for MD in the morning and goats during lunch time and sat on the river bottom for evening WT's.
Still here in Montana and the trip went great. We got a grand slam for the Trip. A 130 class WT, A 22 inch wide Mule Deer, a 12 inch Antelope and a Coyote. What a trip. I shot the WT on the first evening at 25 yards. Used a NAP Spitfire (Thanks for everyone advice) Hit the WT right in the shoulder (our guide says that is the absolute best kill shot) and the spitfire blew apart the near shoulder and ended up just popped through the shoulder on the far side. The buck did the death run for 25 yards with his front end on the ground the whole way.
Switched to Antelope on day 2. Wow what an impossible animal to shoot. Missed 2, 1 at 45 yards and the second at 50+ yards. These guys jump the string like no deer I have ever shot at. On day 3 I intersected two roaming bucks (rutting here) and got about 1/2 mile ahead with a decoy behind some hay bales. Keeping this quick I was able to get a shot at about 45 yards and the Spitfire broke his back leg right off (had a real bleeder going there). Chased him across the prairie for 5 miles and snuck up over a little rise and blew an arrow through the lungs and he was history. Brother shot a nice 22 inch Mule deer at 15 yards and he had a 2 inch hole in each side of the deer.
All in all it was a great trip.
