new jersey no digest?

Default new jersey no digest?

i was told at the sports shop that our lovely govenor is not gonna allow the release of funds or something like that to print up a hunting digest this year. he said we are gonna have to go by last years rules. any truth?

Do you really believe that they would sacrifice all that advertising money they generate from the adds in that booklet?

only going by what i was told. the digest is usually out by now so i guess we will have to see. one thing you have to understand is that the money from our license fees end up in the general fund of the state. i would think that the state would save money by offering no digest.im thinking the advertising only supplements the cost of printing. i highly doubt it pays for all of the printing. all i know is the fees keep going up and services are going down.

I have been looking for some info on the coming season and find that they haven't posted key permit dates yet either. Maybe they are just behind or trying some last minute changes?

I was told it would be posted on NJ's fish and wildlife site within the next two weeks. I am hunting Jersey for the first time this year and the printed out tags and license and lack of a hunting guide has me a little lost.
