I ended my buck season already. I shot a nice fat 5 pointer w/ the bow. For some odd reason he already had a brow tine broken off. Sorry guys he doesn't score probably 60 inches but he was all I was looking for. I was happy with a legal buck considering 9-5 work happers my hunting during the week and I am stuck with only weekends. Any deer with the bow is a trophy in my book.

Well in my case all it took was a crippled one. I am happy with whatever deer I am fortunate enough to get.

Up here in Vermont, I would take the first 6 pointer that walked by. We cannot afford to be that choosy on public land. If I had private land to hunt on I would wait for a decent 8.
