Scheduled to open between June and October in Salisbury Maryland. This comes straight from their web site and local news about 2 weeks ago. Finally something within an hour of home and not a Wal-Mart[:-] Can't wait
My understanding(not sure) is it will be located in the Old Salisbury Mall.
That's a huge deal for outdoorsman living on Maryland Eastern Shore, parts of VA and lower Delaware.

That,s good to know, I'm going househunting through De and into Salisbury and over to Denton tomorrow. Might be a job prospect for my semi retirement.

md,
I live about 20-25 minutes from Denton.Denton very small, rural, great hunting,
fishing,no industry to speak of,roll up the streets at 9pm..Very centralized to everything
(Delaware,Md beaches,Bay Bridge). Only problem is MD taxes compared to Delaware just 2-3 miles away.Salisbury is on the fast pace for growth but not a bad town. Alot of job opportunity.
Good Luck

I took my very first deer in Denton almost 30 years ago and know the area good. The bay bridge is a royal pain as is theweekend traffic on Rt 50. I know about the taxes as I have lived in Md all my live except the last 9 years. Anything is an inprovement over the taxes here in NJ.

Same here Ron. I bought alot of unique, hard to find items(Fishing gear and tackle) that Cabela's & Bass Pro didn't have.Prices were a bit higher.
I'm really elated about this new store. With the onslot of Super Wal-Marts there simply is very little "choice" out there anymore - unless you wanna drive x number of miles to find anything.
