Iowa Governors Deer Tag at Auction March 8th
On March 8th I will be conducting an auction at the Iowa Deer Classic to benefit the Iowa DNR's Mentored Outdoor Experience program. One of the items on the sale is an Iowa ANY-SEX governors deer tag. This tag will be valid for 2009 or 2010 for the season of your choice. This is an excellent opportunity for a non-resident to get an extra year to hunt in Iowa. Its not often that a non-resident gets a chance to hunt Iowa two years in a row. Even if you are not coming to the Iowa Deer Classic you can place an absentee bid by downloading the ABSENTEE BIDDER FORM from the website.
