Consider myself an above average photographer.Taken thousands of pics over the years in various formats.

For those who think this is a fake - IMO its the best damn fake I've ever seen

Matter of fact - look at the left palm(hand) pressing on the left horn. Wonder how he faked that??

Then you must not have seen many fakes, because the quality on that one is poor at best.

I don't know why the hair coloration changes... The photo's are real. Why would I chop the head off of a freak dear and put it on a different body? You should be able to tell the antlers in my hand are real.

You could always have it made into a Jackalope , it looks to be about the right size .

Dan-

You surely have that rack/skull laying around somewhere.

Bring it out and show another pic to dispell these folk's questions about authenticity.

Hey Arnie,
Still have the scull plate as said in a different post it is at a taxidermist But I can go over and take a picture after my turkey week ends, or I get my bird. Not haveing to much luck in all this wind though. I would like some good pix of the scull plate anyway, You can't see the the curl or the simetry in the above pix.

Sorry, missed the part about the taxidermist.

Lots of weird stuff growing out there.

Here is a Pike County buck I have been looking for- Pic taken in early July 2003

Continued good luck!
