RE: Mark Twain Natl. Forest
Monroe MO? Never heard of it. I hunt part of it around New Bloomfield/Guthire, lots of deer.

RE: Mark Twain Natl. Forest
Ive hunted a lot of it southeast of Salem Mo,, never heard of Monroe, but the hunting is really good around here, but it is a very vast place to hunt, and almost all timber and clearcuts so you just have to get in there and put in the footwork.

Hunted in SE Missouri two years ago-haven't heard of the place-where is it?

RE: Mark Twain Natl. Forest
Monre is in the North centralk part of Mo. No national forest there but some Mo. conservation areas. SE Mo. sucks as a place to hunt deer. I know as I live in the eastern Ozarks.
