T-roy grouse are a very challenging bird to hit making them a blast to hunt. I have been hunting them for 2 years now and just love it. A word of caution the numbers of birds on public land are way down making them difficult to find (at least where I am in Northern Michigan). We find most of our grouse in mixed cover, and like most other game birds where there is food (i.e. berries). Where do you plan to hunt in Michigan?
