Hey SumHunter, did you find out where you hunt road names, township, etc? Are you on state land or private? Just being nosy, because i hunt the biggest swamp in the area.

Hey guys I just stumbled into this post. Is this still a go or not? I am in Mid Michigan, I live west of Midland. Just curious.

September is Definate no for anything for me. As early goose hits then when it closes the 15th, Youth season will be the 18th and 19th. I am booked for that. Then Regular goose and duck and deer. Its my busy season.

I don't get here much though.
Its easier to get my attention on the michigan message boards or an email.

middaughem, I live near Blue Lake(8 miles west of remus), and as far as the gettogether, we never got anything laid out, I got so busy for last few weeks i almost forgot about it and it is getting close to the september 1 goose opener which many of us will be hunting from then on, although i can make it to a saturday afternoon gettogether in september.

Count me in. September works better for me, but I will try to make it when ever. I live in Stanton, which is in Montcalm County, so Mt. Pleasant would be good for me.

Seriously , the Southern GT maxed the wife out on driving , and some fellas from a site down here are putting one together at about the same time . Maybe next year .
