I have an opportunity to buy 5 acres of land. 3 of it is swamp with mostly catails. Would this be a good buy if the price is right?

You would have to post a aerial map for us to give you our opinion.

If the price was right of course it would be a good buy. You would have 2 acres to build a home on if it perked and 3 acres of wet lands to just leave alone. but possible hunt depending on the surrounding area.

Tough to tell if it's good Wisconsin hunting land without knowing more. I would check out the surrounding land as well. What the neighbors are like. Do they do QDM etc?
