Default Ohio Straight Walled Cartridges

Any ohio guys use a rifle this year since the new law passed? I'll be in Ohio on sunday hunting. I'm gonna carry my slug gun while sitting morning and evening, but will probably carry the .44 mag while walking through the day. Anyone switch over completely? I'm thinking about looking for a .45-70 next year, just because I can.

Just got an email this PM from a friend in Findlay who shot a buck and a doe the same day with his 44!

The .444 marlin is a stout round.
