Huge 8 pointer harvested near sparta
I got this pic from my brother *ruttinbucks* who got it from a friend at his work.
Dang big for a 8 pointer shot near Sparta, Wi from what I was told.

A friend of mine showed me another picture of that deer last week. He is originally from Sparta and goes back there to hunt deer. It was shot just a few miles from where he hunts. Apparently someone shot another bruiser from the same area after this one was taken.

The story behind it is even better. The kid was bowhunting his first day. Sat in the stand for about one hour and that beauty walked by. Some guys have all the luck!
Dressed out at 235 pounds, inside spread of 27 inches and a green score of 164...that' s HUGE for an 8 pointer!
