Found a good rub and the beginning of scrapes this weekend. A little bit later than usual for my area.

Usually folks would be commenting, but have not heard anything lately.

What are we seeing?

Found several open scrapes yesterday in Calhoun county. Put the trail cams on them, so we'll see who opened em up.

Bucks are just out of velvet in central wis.

I was driving to work this morning -- southern De Kalb County -- I had a doe cross in front of me, being followed closely by a medium sized buck. Coincidence??

They are scraping the woods up here in S.E. Mo. Bucks have been chasing does for a couple of weeks. If you see a doe driving you'll probably see a buck with her. I watch 2 fight in a field along the road Saturday. Had 5 more in a circle around them, pretty cool.

one would work a scrape, the other would get pissy with him. In three nights I had 4 different real nice bucks come work this scrape. and a couple smaller ones also.
