Default Wisconsin- should be a good weekend

With colder weather forecasted for this weekend we should see some good deer movement. Last weekend I say a lot of fresh ground scrape and had more daylight trail cam pictures. Good lucky to all of you that can get out this weekend.

just seeing some does getting tracked by Bucks the last day or two here in N.E Wi friend of mine says that he is seeing some heavier action just up past Hwy 8 so I would think this next two weeks will be balls oout, especially (as you said) with the weather, next week, last I seen, high in the 30's, possible snow Monday. I have the 31-12th off sowe will see!! Good Luck!!

Amen! I'll be hunting hard the next two weeks from north of Hwy 8 to south of Hwy 12. I too have noticed the scrape activity increase this week.

I saw a 4 point buck last weekend and my brother saw an 8 point buck this weekend. The bucks are definitely started to move. This is in a high pressure area where it is difficult to see bucks.

Lots of small bucks chasing doe's over the weekend were I hunt in Spring Green. I saw 12 bucks ranging in size from 10 to 4 points this weekend. This week should be a very good time to hit the stand.

I saw a nice one in the back of a truck down the road from my house tonight. It's going to kill me to go to work this week.

I saw Big Buck last nite, He was within 20 yds but in the thickest stuff I ever saw, head down and tracking, totally unaware I was there. The bucks are chasin and the does are runnin. My time of year!

It looks like the rut is on here in N/W WI.!
