I have all my ducks n order. stands are up, bow is ready, son is ready, I am ready. I am bustin my butt trying to get everything done at the house that needs done before winter, because once October gets here, nothing really gets done till tags are full. Good luck to everyone and be safe.

Went scouting this weekend watched a group of 5 (3) 8pt) (1) 6pt (1) 4pt bucks nothing big playing in a field getting ready for the rut jumped 2 bigger bucke one was a monster atleast 24 inch insude spread and tall. cat wait untill the first of november. most of the stands are up now All I have to do is wait to get back down to hunt T.j

Arrggghhhh.... you guys are killing me.

Just got the cast off of my arm last week and today was the first day I could get any time and go set up a new stand. Took 2 hours just to haul it in place and get it set-up.

I am going to let the area " rest" ' till Saturday.

My hunting land availability is very limited. I' m lucky that I even have this small 30ac parcel to hunt. I have some guys that hunt an 80ac parcel about 700 yards away that are not the most ethical...I always end up helping find the deer that was lost due to a poor shot or shooting so late they were not able to track it.

I' m hoping that they spook some deer my way this year.
